I am a handyman with 29 years' experience. Growing up I assisted in repairs and upgrades to our family home and rental properties. Later on while attending Arizona State, I made extra money working nights in professional theatre as a lighting engineer and set designer. This gave me vast construction knowledge and experience in lighting and electrical principles. I also earned extra income working for an electrical contractor wiring offices and industrial buildings. In 1997, I set out on my own and opened the "MY HANDYMAN COMPANY" in Danville California. In the years following its inception, my reputation as a handyman grew quickly throughout Contra Costa County. In 10 years I personally made more than 8100 calls to 3200 homes in the area amounting to more than $2,100,000 in repairs. I specialize in handyman repairs under $500 and I work entirely by referral and those who contact me through this website. Reputation and past performance is your insurance to satisfaction. Phone and emails are returned whenever possible, usually between appointments and after 4:30pm (except Friday.) TEN MINUTE ON-TIME GUARANTEEYou can expect my arrival within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. If the unforeseen happens (traffic, weather, etc.) you wil be called en route and notified of the expected time of arrival. If I am not at your doorstep within 10 minutes of the planned time without calling, you will receive $10 off your bill for each 10-minute period up to $50. CHANGES/CANCELLATIONSI value your time and thus wish you to value mine. If it is necessary for you to change or cancel your appointment or the repair items to be done, please give at least 3 business days notice. Changes without 3 business days notice subject to fee of up to $50. |

You will never be kept waiting for appointments and your project will be completed on time with the greatest attention to detail and safety. If you are not satisfied with my work, it will be corrected or your money refunded. PRICING*$75 minimum on all calls. Repairs and improvements are charged as listed in the REPAIRS CATALOG. At times, a visit to your home for an estimate may be necessary. All prices subject to change without notice. Listed prices are based on average working times and standard conditions. Occasionally a job may require additional time or expense which will be discussed as needed. PAYMENTPayment by cash or check is expected at the moment of completion unless prior arrangements have been made. A $25.00 fee will be added to all account receivables.
